This means I am exempt from charging VAT according to Section 6(1)(27) Austrian VAT Act (UStG).

The prices you see in my shop are final – no additional VAT is added at checkout.

Because I don’t charge VAT, my invoices cannot be used for input tax (VAT) deduction.

Your piece is made for you - after you place your order.

Production usually takes a few business days, and shipping time depends on your location and the product type.

Usually, it takes 9 to 20 business days for my products to reach you.

During peak times like Christmas and other high-volume seasons, or if our production and shipping partners experience delays, it can sometimes take longer. Please allow up to around 4 weeks from your order date, just to be safe

At checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery window, and you’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Because each item is made to order, it may take a bit longer than a standard in-stock brand - but you’re getting something created especially for you, not pulled from a shelf. - They are definitely worth the wait. ♥

I currently ship to most countries within the European Union. If shipping is available to your country, you’ll see it as an option at checkout.

Good news: shipping to these EU countries is free – so there are no surprise costs at the end of your order.

At the moment I don’t ship outside the EU. If your country doesn’t show up at checkout or you’re unsure whether I can ship to you, just send me a message and I’ll let you know what’s possible.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or with a manufacturing defect, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos: nikadoveyATgmail.com.

I’ll work with my production partner to sort things out and arrange a replacement or refund according to the Returns Policy. You deserve to receive wearable art in perfect condition.

If you still don’t like what you receive, or if an item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, we have a 14-day return policy: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your products at nikadoveyATgmail.com to initiate a return (for any reason and without a justification).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

When you get in touch, please include your order number, the item you want to return, and a short note about why you’re returning it. This helps speed up the process and is valuable for me to improve my products and services.

If you send a parcel back without contacting me first or without using my label, you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs yourself. Also, we might not be able to track or process your return as quickly.
