General information about our return policy

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your products if you wish to return any items (for any reason and without a justification). You then have an additional 14 days to send the item or items back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at nikadoveyATgmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless otherwise stated in this policy, you won’t have to pay the return shipping costs if you use this label. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Rohrteichweg 2, 3704 Großwetzdorf, AUSTRIA.

If you choose to return items using a different shipping method instead of the label we provide, you will bear the return shipping costs yourself, and we are not obliged to reimburse any return shipping costs you have incurred. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days after we’ve received it. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods; in the case of partial shipments, the period begins on the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We will cover the return shipping costs.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
