Shipping Delays
If your order is delayed, the most effective way to get more information is to contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Nika Dovey is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other uncontrollable or unforeseeable factors.
Damaged, mislabeled, or wrong item delivered
Our partners and we follow a three-step quality control process.
Nonetheless, in rare cases, damaged or mislabeled items might slip through, or your order might get damaged in transit. If this happens, please contact us at nikadoveyATgmail.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel, including clear photos of the issue and a detailed description. Remember to add your name, order number, and an email address we can reach you at.
We will review the issue and, if it qualifies under our policy, send you a free replacement.
Delivered but Lost
If tracking shows your parcel was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check with your neighbors and your local post office or delivery station. Most often, the package can be found there.

Order failed to deliver
If a shipping carrier is unable to deliver an order due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, it will be returned to our partner or to us. In this case, we’re happy to reship your order to the correct address, but we will need to charge you for the reshipping costs.
